The Pilates Scientist method was created by Collette Campbell MSc - an ex-West End performer with a deep passion for discovering how the body moves. After practising pilates for 20 years as a supplement to dance, Collette decided to integrate her knowledge gained from a Masters degree in Dance Science with her Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates to create The Pilates Scientist. Dedicated to integrating anatomy and physiology into every class, Collette creates a distinctive environment that harmonises the mind-body connection with the principles of science.
